Garlic Oregano Mushrooms
Spiced Mexican-style mushrooms with canela, chipotle and oregano. A great vegetarian taco filling or side dish.

Ingredients
- 500g mushrooms (any type), thinly sliced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp canela blend
- 1/2 tsp chipotle blend
- 3 tsp oregano blend
- 1/2 tsp salt
Method
- Fry the onion1 onion, finely chopped and garlic5 cloves garlic, finely chopped in the oil for 10 minutes or until soft and translucent.
- Stir in the mushrooms500g mushrooms (any type), thinly sliced, canela blend, chipotle blend, oregano blend3 tsp oregano blend and salt.
